STEP 2: Register for a TERI Residential Presentation Residential Presentation and TourYou may register for a TERI Residential Presentation and Tour for 2 attendees per family. This is so we can accommodate as many families as possible. The Presentation and Tour is not the event to bring your potential resident. Current schedule is below. STEP 3: Attend the TERI Residential Presentation and TourAgain, this is not the event to bring your potential resident.

STEP 4: Complete the Profile QuestionnaireIf, after attending a TERI Residential Presentation and Tour, you think your loved one will qualify for the type of care TERI provides, you may use the link below to compete the Questionnaire. This questionnaire will give us initial information about your loved one and will be stored in our database. It is critical that you complete the Questionnaire thoroughly and accurately. Please note this is NOT a waitlist. This is a database we use when there is a residential opening. A full assessment by TERI will be completed if your loved one is being considered for placement and will be described in detail at that time. Access the Questionnaire here.
