Construction of the Health & Wellness Center, Aquatics Center, and the Verna Harrah Culinary Institute. Fitness and wellness will be housed in 25,812 sq. ft. with pools, including a junior Olympic pool, and outdoor recreational areas throughout the Campus.
 
The Centers will be open to the public for events, and serve as vocational training opportunities, therapeutic, and fitness programs for TERI’s clients. A full-service restaurant will operate in the Culinary Institute.
